FAQs

Straight answers to help you feel confident about working with us.

Q: What size of organisation do you work with?
A: We support small teams, single departments, and large multi-site organisations. Whether you are looking to build stronger day-to-day dynamics or shift the wider culture, we shall shape the right approach for your size and goals.

Q: Do you only work with public sector clients?
A: Not at all. While we have deep experience across the public sector, our approach is equally suited to private and third-sector teams, especially where collaboration, wellbeing, and accountability matter.

Q: Can we book a one-off session?
A: Yes. Many clients start with a single workshop, like a psychological safety awareness session or team building/ charter-building workshop. From there, we can scale support if needed.

Q: Is this just training or something deeper?
A: It’s more than just a session. We create structured space for honest conversations and practical tools that help shift how teams work long after we leave the room.

Q: What’s included in a typical session?
A: Every session includes:

  • Pre-session tailoring

  • Facilitator-led delivery (in-person or virtual)

  • Participant materials

  • Feedback and outcome summary
Optional extras like follow-ups or culture checks can be added too.

Q: Do you offer long-term or repeat support?
A: Yes. Some teams need a one-off reset, others benefit from multi-session packages or periodic team check-ins. We are flexible and we will never oversell what you do not need.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The price varies. For example, half-day team sessions start at £1,200. Full-day packages (like the Charter Workshop) start at £2,250. We offer flexible pricing and always confirm exact costs after a short consultation.

Q: Can you deliver remotely?
A: Absolutely. All our sessions can be run virtually or face-to-face. We shall recommend what works best based on your team, location, and goals.

Q: Who delivers the sessions?
A: Our experienced facilitators have worked across both public and private sectors. Each is trained in our framework and brings the credibility, care, and clarity needed to support your team.

Q: Can you work with teams that have been through conflict or challenge?
A: Yes. Many of our clients come to us during times of change, tension, or transition. We are skilled in helping teams reset respectfully and constructively.

Q: Can you tailor your sessions to fit our internal values or frameworks?
A: Yes. We often align our work with your existing values, behaviour frameworks, or leadership principles. Our goal is to complement what you are already building so sessions feel relevant, familiar, and integrated with your wider strategy.

Q: Can this support compliance with our behaviour or conduct standards?
A: Absolutely. Our sessions help teams understand what good looks like, strengthen peer accountability, and improve culture around reporting and feedback. We create the bridge between policy and everyday practice.

Q: What is your approach to confidentiality during sessions?
A: Sessions are designed to be open, respectful, and psychologically safe. We do not report back on anything that could identify individuals only anonymised insights, shared themes, or development areas that may support your broader goals.

Q: Do you provide reports or evaluation data after sessions?
A: Yes. Every session includes a short summary of feedback and key takeaways. For multi-session programmes or larger organisations, we also offer structured evaluation frameworks to help you track progress and demonstrate impact.
